Nicole D. S. Miller

Nicole is an associate lawyer at Smith Neufeld Jodoin, having joined the firm in April 2007. Nicole's primary area of practise is Family Law, but she also practises in Real Estate and Wills and Estates.

Nicole received her Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Manitoba in 2001 and then received her call to the Ontario Bar in 2003 after articling with Giesbrecht Griffin and Funk in Kitchener. Nicole returned to Manitoba, received her call to the Manitoba Bar in 2004 and practised with The Law Office of Carroll, Miller, Mayes in Brandon.

Nicole currently lives in the Landmark area with her husband Craig and three daughters, Piper, Davilyn and Quinn. They relocated from Brandon in 2006. In the past, Nicole has been actively involved with her community - volunteer coaching youth soccer and providing her legal services to Women's Crisis Centers. While living in Brandon, Nicole and her husband, Craig were a billet family for the Brandon Wheat King's Hockey team. Currently Nicole is actively involved with various communities - volunteer on the Landmark Preschool Board and volunteering time to Lorette Ringette Association where her oldest is currently playing.

Nicole also has many interests outside of law, including scrapbooking, digital scrapbooking, digital photography, reading, bicycling and camping with her family.
