Grant M. Driedger

Grant joined Smith Neufeld Jodoin LLP as an associate lawyer in January of 2008. Following two years in the Faculty of Agriculture, he entered the University of Manitoba Faculty of Law with an entrance scholarship. He graduated in 2001, after receiving awards for highest standing in Taxation and Criminal Procedure. Grant completed his articles and continued as an associate at a Winnipeg law firm until 2003 when he joined a Steinbach firm. Grant practices primarily in litigation, and has appeared before courts and tribunals on cases involving a broad variety of circumstances, including construction disputes; employment contracts; personal injuries; debt collection; residential tenancy matters and estate issues. His practice also encompasses a secondary emphasis on real estate and wills and estate matters. Grant lives in Grunthal with his wife, Allison. He has served with many organizations in a volunteer capacity, including non-profit, church and political endeavours. He actively participates in various sports activities, especially hockey and baseball.
