Gérard Simard

Gérard J. Simard is one of the partners at Smith Neufeld Jodoin, joining our practice in 1995 as an Articling Student after having completed his legal studies in Moncton, New Brunswick. Gérard resides near La Broquerie with his wife and four children. Although primarily working in the Steinbach office, Gérard also attends branch offices in St-Pierre-Jolys and La Broquerie and assists partner Robert Smith in maintaining a branch office in Ste-Anne on Tuesday afternoons. Gérard's preferred areas of practice include corporate and commercial transactions, real estate and wills and estate planning. He provides services in English and French.
